Shipping policy
Key information:
Order deadline: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.
Processing time: Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time: Delivery time is usually 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping costs: Free shipping.
Where do we ship?
We currently only ship within Spain.
Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and that we have started the order processing.
Order tracking
Once we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer service.
Order shipping
Once the order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes between 5 and 9 business days to arrive.

We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order has not yet arrived, don't panic. Please wait up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you receive your package correctly, but it was damaged or incorrect items were delivered? No problem. Please take photos of the problem, include a brief explanation of what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
